These terms govern your use of this website and enquiries made through it. By using the site you agree to them.

Enquiries & bookings

Submitting an enquiry or registering interest does not create a binding booking. A place on a trip is only confirmed once we have agreed the details with you in writing and any required deposit has been received.

Trip information

Itineraries, distances, dates and pricing shown on this site are indicative and may change with conditions, season and group. Final details are confirmed in your trip documentation.

Fitness & risk

Our adventures take place in remote and mountainous environments and carry inherent risk. You are responsible for ensuring you have the fitness, health and experience appropriate to your chosen trip, and adequate travel and medical insurance is required.

Payments & refunds

Deposit, balance and refund terms are set out in each trip’s documentation and confirmed at the time of booking.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Secret Destinations is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
